How to Cure Acne by Taking the Natural Approach

By

Are you so embarrassed by your skin that you have searched for how to cure acne? Acne is a real problem for many people. People, especially teenagers, who suffer from bad acne, generally have low self-esteem. They are worried that everyone that looks at them only sees the acne, and not the person inside. Struggling with an acne problem can be painful and humiliating.
Drug companies everywhere have formulated 'miracle cures' for acne. These cures involve placing strong chemicals on your skin to get rid of your acne. The part they don't tell you is that those chemicals are not good for you. Besides, it is usually only a temporary fix, and the acne eventually comes back. If you think you have made your acne disappear and it suddenly comes back, this can be very depressing.
People who struggle with an acne problem often have trouble in their relationships. They have such a low sense of self-worth that they think no one can truly love them. It is sad they feel this way, because acne does not make a person what they are. Nevertheless, if you battle with acne on a daily basis, you start to feel that you are lower than someone who has clear skin.
The good news is, there is something you can do. Acne is natural, so it makes sense to take a natural approach in learning how to cure acne. Don't mess around with harmful chemicals. Sometimes a simple change in diet or exercise can dramatically improve your skin. The reason so many teenagers struggle with acne is because it is linked to hormones. By bringing your body into a hormonal balance, you can rid yourself of acne forever.
There is no reason to fear going out in public because of your skin anymore. Take the holistic approach and start eating better, and exercising more. If you have been frantically searching for how to cure acne, this is the best way. You will not be exposed to dangerous chemicals. Fight back the natural way, and enjoy clear and beautiful skin.

Is it safe to take 4 vitamins/supplements a day?

I have severe cystic acne on my forehead and have been researching homeopathic methods to cure it. All of the treatments the dermatologist prescribed to me have failed, including antibiotics, topicals, etc. So part of my more natural approach to the disease is detoxifying and getting healthy..I've researched vitamins that help with cystic acne and I was wondering if it was safe to take the following daily:
Beta-Carotene (Vitamin A) 25,000 IU
Chromium Picolinate (200mcg)
Zinc Picolinate Body Preferred Form 22 Mg

In addition to these three, a "Hair/Skin/Nails" supplement which contains the following:
Vitamin A (beta carotene; 10,00 iu), Vitamin C (120 mg), thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (10 mg), niacinamide (50 mg), calcium (600 mg), iron (amino acid chelate; 6 mg), Vitamin D (fish liver oil; 200 iu), Vitamin E (natural mixed tocopher )

I have never taken vitamins before, any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Maybe I would suggest you not to take too many vitamins. Actually, you can get those vitamins from fruits and vegetables, and your body actually don't need them. Besides, acne can't be cured with vitamins, especially for cystic acne. Thorough and advanced treatment is required in order for you to cure your acne completely. If you really want to take vitamin, I would suggest taking one kind of vitamin, which is vitamin E
